Scott & Associates, Inc. ("SAI") was founded in 1985 as a development firm specializing in midrise office and industrial projects in the Atlanta market.
In the early 1990’s our reach expanded into Texas and Florida with a strategic partnership with a national healthcare provider to develop medical office buildings on the campuses of regional medical centers.
Since that time SAI has acquired and/or developed over 3 million square feet of medical office, speculative office and industrial space throughout the Southeastern United States.
Today we employ a multi-disciplined platform providing a wide array of services to our clients and partners such as acquisition and disposition analysis, project marketing, accounting and cost management and institutional asset management.
