This 150,000 square foot Class “A” project was acquired from the lender by Quarter Circle Capital, one of SAI’s investor clients in 2007.  A market icon of the Decatur area submarket in Atlanta this project was taken over by SAI with less than 15% of the space occupied.  Through a defined series of planned communications with the market we conveyed the message that the new ownership was well capitalized and had a proactive attitude towards working with the local brokerage community.  SAI was able to secure tenancies bringing the building to over 80% occupancy in less than 9 months with quality tenants such as Education Management, Inc., Devry and the District Attorney of Dekalb County.
